I’m mom to a toddler, a freelance writer and a caretaker’s wife, and my family lives a seasonally inspired life on the old dairy farm acreage my husband oversees. Almost all of my crafts, knitting and homemade recipes are inspired by nature and the seasons. I have more crafty hobbies than I have time for, and to top it off, I’m a budding knitwear designer, too (you can find my original knitting patterns here).
With the big picture on the horizon, I pay attention to the little things that make life good—spending time with my family, growing our own food and sharing homemade meals, appreciating nature and spending time outdoors, and of course crafting, knitting and the pursuits of creating our family home.
I strive to live in the moment and create the best life possible for our son. The farm setting helps—now the rest is up to us.
